Close to train station, convenient and comfortable
This hotel was the best hotel in Florence! The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 with a private bathroom. The terrace has a great view of the city. Very close and walkable to many tourist sites and just around the corner from the train station, walking 5 minutes.

Nice hotel
The family room was quite spacious. The hotel is near to the station and the famous monuments are all walkable distance. The owner is really helpful and he let us keep our luggage before the check-in time and also after we checked-out, as our next train was in late afternoon. Really pleased with the stay

Nice, secure hotel one block from Florence’s main train station. The room was of good size, however the single bed needs either a new mattress or frame as the bed sagged heavily and was uncomfortable. Very clean, I would recommend it

Gute Hotel in gute Lage
Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt in Bijou Hotel. Lage ist super, es funktioniert alles gut. Man bekommt Schlüsseln für alle Türen und kann somit jederzeit aus und eingehen ohne zu klingeln und warten. Zimmer sind sauber und Service wird täglich gemacht. Ich würde dort wieder kommen.

Best location!
The best thing of staying here was the location. It is near the Train Station and near to all the main touristic area. We walked to all of the touristic attractions from the hotel. The hotel is old but its in good condition. The staff is very nice! We had to share the bathroom but for the price it was no problem. Size of the room was good. The air conditioner wasn’t that strong but still helped.
