    Beautiful location near train and Grand Canal. Stairs going up. Alley room. Luggage depository noise until 12 pm and at 8am. Helpful owners and staff.

    Excellent location. Room and bathroom very small. Airconditioning, while operating, did not seem to cool the room, very humid, hard to sleep. Very steep and narrow stairs to reception, hard to navigate with luggage.

    It was a very convenient location. The man at the check in was very polite and friendly. The only issue is that our room was in another building adjacent to the hotel. Also the Wi-Fi was very weak, it almost didn’t work.
