The toilet wouldn't flush. Managers said it was normal for the toilet to take 30 mins to fill up cistern. We couldnt use it. Room was boiling hot. No fans, no air con. Tap in bathroom was broken. Shower rose was so low it would be about chest hight. We checked in, realised everything was broken and left to find another motel. And they only have parking for half of the rooms. Which is an extra charge if your lucky enough to get a space. Dont stay here. Very disappointing. Nevery again.

The customer service was lovely and helpful, the room was clean and the balcony was nice. Unfortunately the room itself in my opinion did not feel it was worth as much as I paid for it as it was incredibly small and had some damages, if the room had an air con it might have been worth the price. I feel somewhat ripped off room wise, but everything else was ok.

Property was not what we expected - no tv at all and no wifi or hairdryer. This was basically one room which just fitted the bed and a very thin bathroom on the side. On a positive note it was clean and the staff friendly and approachable. Photos must be some years old as it looks a bit dingy now and really should come up as backpacker accommodation - not recommended for a good nights sleep but luckily it was only for one night otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.

This property is very basic - doesn't claim to be more than that. But I've stayed in a lot of similar places and this was definitely one of the most run down or poorly equipped. Everything very old, and didn't feel very clean. The room had been made up and cleaned of course, but just lots of old marks and stains, broken and damaged things. I was getting in late at night and leaving early the next morning so didn't think it would be a big deal to stay in a basic room. But no air conditioning in the room (not even a fan) meant it was way too hot, only air flow was if we opened the door, which had no screen, so bugs and mosquitoes got in the room, and it was extremely noisey (Saturday night so understandable I suppose). Was the cheapest option for a Saturday night in the Gold Coast, so you get what you pay for, however the price still seemed high for what you get.
