Wanda was terrible
We enjoyed our stay but on the check out day we called to find out if we can get an extra 30 minutes and Wanda answered the phone and said no problem but didn't mention the 29.00 euros. Please give people the correct information. Mercy was excellent with customer service.

Excellent care and service
The staff at this hotel blew me away- they were incredible!!! So friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. They took time to bond with my 9 year old son and make sure we felt well looked after. The location is fabulous and the hotel decor is outstanding. The food was really good. I unreservedly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location. Walkable to everything but Eiffel Tower. Small but functional room. Large area for remote working on the first floor, complete with a bar and limited food options. Only problems were the Chromecast did not work and TV couldn’t change channels without being shut down. Wasn’t a big deal since I was rarely in the room. Shower also leaked a bit into my room. Overall, the hotel was stylish and the staff were great, making this a good value for the location and price.
