Room 2312 needs a complete overhaul.
Room 2312 smelled HORRIBLE. We asked for new pillows and it took over an hour to get them. Then they rented out the room again at 2:30am and people were banging on the door trying to get in. Then we found out from management that they ALREADY had a complaint earlier that day for how bad it smelled. There were no other rooms available. Our families rooms were clean and fine. But that room needs a complete over haul. The whole night was terrible. The manager Dion we nice and said she would “take care of us” But arent clear what that means.

Everything was great except for the part when I got stuck inside the elevator with 5 other people and there seemed to not be any sense of urgency from the staff to get us out of there. The emergency call box or the alarm worked in the elevator. Thank God that I had my phone and the text messages were going through so I was able to text my wife so she can let the front desk know what was going on. There was no signal for us to call, only text messages worked. It'll definitely be a while before I ever get on an elevator again.
