Nice hotel the room was clean and comfortable. Had everything necessary except a fridge. The bar and dining room are very good. Had some great meals there. A convenient location for shopping and seeing the sites.

Service was excellent, room was nice. Breakfast was stellar. The only downside to the entire stay was that I wish I’d had a room that overlooked the street, and not the interior courtyard.

Lovely hotel, breakfast elsewhere.

Lovely room. Great location. Breakfast wasn’t wonderful at €35 plus extra for many cooked options eg. Pancakes etc.

Charming hotel in the heart of Berlin

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Chateau Royal. The hotel features a quaint design that exudes charm and warmth. Every corner is adorned with beautiful art that adds a unique touch, making it a delight to explore the space. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, and their attentiveness made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is another highlight. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options that cater to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel has easy access to public transport, making it convenient to explore the city. While I regret not having the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, I did enjoy a lovely cup of coffee there on my day of check-out. The coffee was delightful, and the staff once again made the experience pleasant with their friendly demeanor. Overall, I highly recommend Chateau Royal for those visiting Berlin.

Great hotel- but booked specifically for the air conditioner which did not work. Requested for it to be evaluated and they said nothing was wrong with it (our son was in the next room and his worked amazing). Frustrating but otherwise excellent.

Rooms were kept immaculate and I had a cleaning supervisor check on my contentment many days during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful with eateries and any transportation questions. Breakfast was on point and reasonable. Location of the hotel made getting around the city very accessible.
