The rooms and hotel were clean and well decorated. The breakfast served contained a mix of fruit, bread, cereal, and a small serving of meat and cheese. The only negative was that both mornings, we were woken up around 7/7:30 by the hallways being cleaned. Not able to sleep in late!

The Hotel was conveniently located to the train station and parking. It was also about a 20 min walk to most attractions. However many of the buildings of Venice are older and this one was no exception.

Very easy to reach without any bridges to cross specially if one has heavy luggage. In the midst of a bustling activity yet very quiet and has a lovely garden in which to breakfast in summer. Easy to reach vaporetto stops. Room was comfortable and quiet at night and air conditioning worked very well in this heatwave. Good WiFi.. Decor a little tired and some public areas could be updated. Staff very friendly and helpful

I stayed one night on my arrival. The staff was friendly the location was excellent the room was quiet but the mattress was uncomfortable and need updating. It’s good value.
