Bad experience staying at the hotel, location wasn’t great, far from shops and restaurants. Condition was bad, corridors were smelly like cigarette. Total waste of money.

Staff were friendly. Walkable distance Problems were that information given about the nearby attractions were limited. You have to ask many questions to get full answers. The property is dated. the grouting in bathroom were dirty. Lots of road noise at night.

This Is a terrible place, there is a construction near the hotel which prevents taxis to get to the front of the hotel. The bath-tube was slippery and dirty. Very dangerous

Stayed here for 5 nights. Only 5 mins walk from Brussels North train station. Major road works down from hotel, but still able to walk around. We were on 6th floor at the back, so quite quiet. Only moan the room was too hot and air con wasn't on, but we just kept the window open. Lovely room and great towels. Breakfast was very nice good hot and cold selection. Staff very friendly.

Would not recommend
Need Security at front door!!! Too many panhandlers and petty criminals. Had one failed pick-pocket of my wallet right in front of the hotel doors. When mentioned to the receptionist, she mentioned that they were “Harmless!!” Parking was too far away and there was no advance notice that there was too much construction all around the property, therefore it was hard for car services to gain fast access and one had to pay extra as they maneuvered the various detours. Hotel next door had a “Two Star” outside the building, but it should have been a “Minus 10 !!” Hence, the attraction to for the criminal element. We had a fire alarm in mid-morning that lasted at least 20 minutes and the receptionist was frantically pushing a bunch of buttons trying to figure out how to stop it while on the phone for some guidance.
