Excellent and very helpful staff. My luggage was delayed by the airline, and the team assisted me in contacting the airline’s lost and found, retrieving my bags, and getting the essentials I needed for the first couple of days. Great stay at HF Fenix - a little bit further away from Porto centre but it was quick and cheap to get taxis when we needed. We had a really spacious triple room which was perfect for our group. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, and only a few minutes away was the Mercado Bom Sucesso which I'd highly recommend.

This hotel is a lovely location in Porto. About a 20 min walk to the waterfront area. We had a car so needed a place with parking and the parking here was excellent. It’s adjacent to a little mall and food court. The room was large and clean. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
