Really a lovely place with an excellent staff who made us feel at home. The free breakfast was delicious, and the nightly wine and snacks was great. It gave us an opportunity to talk to other guests, and the staff, who were very friendly and happy to give us insights into the best food and things to do in Firenze. This place is a little gem!

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times pre COVID. It is in an excellent location. The owners are very helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would stay at this hotel again.

The location was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was upfront about the stairs leading up to the lobby. It's a steep climb that I can imagine older folks would have an issue with. This hotel is for able bodied individuals only. Pass if you have mobility issues. Other than that, everything was perfect and I would definitely come back.

This place is located within walking distance to Florence’s main attractions. There are some stairs to get to the reception area. The breakfast was great and the staff is friendly and helpful. They were extremely accommodating as we needed to leave our bags at the reception after checkout to enjoy the city for a few extra hours before departing. The train station is less than a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
