The pool and hot tub were exceptional and breakfast had many selections & a nice seating area. The automated check-in and checkout process made everything easy. This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location. The view from our room was beautiful and we loved to wake up each morning and to the beautiful mountains. The room was also clean and the staff helpful. However, the rooms and hotel need to be updated. It had a very old vibe and there was only one outlet in the room by one side of the bed. We had to take turns charging our phones. The bathroom was also tiny and the shower stall even smaller. All in all we would come back because of the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

We loved our stay in Wengen at this hotel. The room was fine and the breakfast was fantastic. It was fun watching the WC football games on the big screen TV setup for everyone to view outside. The staff was excellent. Fortunately the front desk has a shared refrigerator since the room does not have a personal unit. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Beautiful traditional hotel with a wonderful staff. Some of the amenities were closed during our stay for refurbishing but otherwise we loved it. The beds were good, breakfast was ok but not quite as good as we've had elsewhere in the region. Best of all are the mountain views and the Lauterbrunnen valley below! The views are stunning. We could have sat our on our balcony all day. It's also right in town (Wengen) and close to everything. We would stay there again if we ever return.

We stayed 3 nights facing the Lauterbrunen city. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were really friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was really good with many choices, especially so many different fresh breads. It's location is also perfect. Right next to the train station at Wengen. Room and bathroom were on the smaller side but the location, view and breakfast made up for it. The hair dryer only worked for 10 seconds at a time and only the shampoo and hand soap were provided in the room. We would stay here again next time.

The hotel was conveniently located close to train station. The outdoor patio area is lovely place to enjoy drinks and take in the beautiful views. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under renovations and not usable. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was to have a hot tub and pool to enjoy the amazing views. We were upset that we were not told in advance or given a discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise the staff was helpful and hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and all the alpine activities.
