We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Heilbronn. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything in the city center within easy walking distance. The parking garage is right next door, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Heilbronn. Highly recommended!

Staff are not very well trained. I tried to insist that I had already prepaid my reservation, however, the staff refused this explanation and proceeded to demand payment again. I provided this, as I planned to immediately dispute the transaction with the card issuer, only for the hotel staff to finally realise their mistake after taking payment for a second time. I then had to be refunded (which, by the way, takes 5-7 working days to process). Not a big deal normally, but it took 35 minutes to get to that point and not even a "sorry" from the staff. I also now have a 400 euro block on my card for the next week. Never again, holiday inn.

Perfect location, clean room and convenience for restaurants and Bildungscampus. But hit and miss staff service. No one at desk on check out. Taxi booked was dubious as it charged 20 euros to train station after taking the long route. One of the check in staff was weird as well with no regard to my meal preference from menu but only what he was willing to serve.
