Clean and tidy room, the location is great and close to Termini, metro station and an easy walk to many attractions like the Spanish steps, Trevi fountain etc. The air con worked well, the shower pressure wasn’t great but everything else worked well. Basic but nice addition of the breakfast. The building itself is very beautiful and grand and is opposite an equally impressive church. Overall we would stay here again as it is an ideal base to explore this amazing city :)

Property was easy to find, safely located. Room was clean, a good size. Staff friendly and pastries provided for breakfast which was a nice touch. Only criticism is that our bed was adjacent to next doors bathroom, so every time the toilet flushed, it was really, really loud and woke us up a few times. Apart from that, a really great value place to stay and would recommend.
