Hotel fantastico, limpo e organizado, porém não tive sorte com o atendimento nas duas vezes no checkout, a mesma recpcionista. Na primeira vez eu ja dirigindo me ligou que meu cartão não tinha sido aprovado, logo verificou que era erro... estav nervosa e apressada como se realmente não tivesse sido aprovado ( eu estava com o comprovante no bolso), tudo bem... desconsiderei... equivocos acontecem... na volta de viagem tornei a hospedar e na saida... pedi a nota do consumo.. ela esqueceu começou a atender outros educacamente pedi novamente.. ela com tom agrssivo "Voce quer nota" falei sim,,, demorou e jogou o ticket no balcão, estava tão cansado que peguei e nem olhei para tras... hospedo -me constante na regiçao por conta do aeroporto demais colaboradores da empresa tambem... sempre ficavamos nos vermelhinho ao lado... trocamos...porem o atendimento deixou a desejar.

É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel, e, achamos tudo perfeito. A recepção muito boa com funcionários educados e gentis. O quarto de bom tamanho com cama confortável, banheiro amplo e chuveiro muito bom. As roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade e, impecavelmente limpos. A limpeza no geral de acordo. O café da manhã muito bom, servido desde as 04hs da manhã, num salão amplo e bem arejado. Fica bem localizado próximo ao aeroporto, e possui estacionamento amplo. Também fica próximo a BR com saída para santa Catarina e para o outro lado para Curitiba. Gostamos muito da experiência e retornaremos com certeza. Tem um ótimo custo benefício.

Excelente hotel, próximo ao aeroporto. Tudo novo, desde o quarto até as áreas comuns. O quarto que fiquei era todo adaptado para cadeirante, uma excelente opção para quem necessita. Café da manhã, nota 8, poderia ser um pouquinho mais incrementado. Mas ainda assim, muito bom. O hotel tem parceria com táxis e translado incluso na diária. Isso é uma facilidade incrível! Voltaria sem pensar duas vezes ao hotel. Tudo no quarto estava bom. Refrigeração, TV, cama, banheiro, chuveiro. Realmente, um hotel de excelência!
