Hotel was under going renovations. Seemed to be issues with the plumbing. Our room toilet flooded. The public ground floor toilets were mostly out of order. It was weird having to tie the stall door shut with a plastic bag and the gaps in the door didn't offer much privacy. I presume this was due to the renovations. Our smoke alarm in our room went off for an unknown reason and had to be removed. Beds great but shower not so great. Alot of water didn't make it to the shower head and went down the drain. Bath plug was annoying as I kept having to reopen it after standing on it. Pool looked nice, but sadly never had time to use it. Staff were all really great and dealt with problems quickly. We stayed here for the free parking. But if I went back I would uber and skip car hire as all the theme parks cost for parking. Location is good being between Universal and Disney Worlds and near sea World. However despite the huge concentration of hotels in the area there are no restaurants nearby and we found ourselves needing to use the hotel restaurant several times. The hotel restaurant was not great so we used it more out of desperation. Menu and food quality could do with an over haul. In future I would focus more on finding a hotel with good dining as you probably will want to use it in Orlando. Since many things can be an inconvenient drive away.

This property is undergoing construction. I wish I would have known that prior to booking. Additionally, the shuttles to some of the parks only runs at certain times and I ended up having to pay for a $20 uber because I needed to get there at a time that wasn't available. The rooms did not get serviced properly and when I mentioned it to the front desk she said, 'ok, I'll let them know - some of our supplies (that they could have gotten locally to hold them over) did not arrive yet' The bar/restaurant were in a ball room and it was very awkward and the hours were limited. The hallways were hot and rundown. For example, the lampshade on the lamp by the elevator on the second floor had holes and tears in it. I usually love Hilton properties, but I was not happy with this stay

We had a great stay there!! The bed was very comfortable and the location was amazing!

I really wanted to like this place, first of all, we check into our room and the shower doesn’t even work. They said maintenance was coming and they never came so we went down after that to say we needed another room, we get switched thankfully and than end up with no A/C and the floor underneath the ac unit is soaked... they tell us maintenance is coming, they finally arrive and have us wait outside our room...... than say they need to leave a industrial fan in the room for 3-4 hours to help dry and get the smell from the water sitting out of the room.. we couldn’t even hear eachother or the TV the entire time the fan was in the room. (Should’ve been switched or accommodated of some sort, no apologies or anything were even given) I never leave reviews but really felt this necessary before you plan a trip, they should’ve tried way harder to fix or accommodate us due to all the inconvenience and lack of care...

2nd time staying here!! Will always be Plan B if things are not working out elsewhere. Reliable and cheap, but perfect for weekend trip.
