The hotel was very well maintained and located close to the Archeological Site of Palenque. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice, the pool and grounds are well maintained, and the rooms are superbly clean. We are a family of 3 who love travelling and supporting local places. I found the entire cleaning and support staff to be very warm, helpful and accommodating, however, the front desk staff was very cold and not very helpful. Our requests for a hammock to be hung outside our room (as is the case with every other guest who checks in) was met with reluctance and we never got one. In addition, any other requests for Wi-Fi passwords, etc were met with dismay and lack of interest. We will not be staying here again, as for the price, we can go next door (much warmer place and excellent food).

A really nice place to stay and visit the nearby ruins. The staff are friendly and welcoming but unsurprisingly speak little English - however a little patience means it is easy enough to be understood. They were most helpful in arranging transportation and taxis and I’d be very happy indeed to stay there again. The room was spotless and well appointed, the bathroom great and the air-con very good indeed - a necessity given the tropical temperatures and humidity. The ruins at Palenque are some of the most outstanding in this beautiful country and this was a good place to stay and explore them.

A nice place. Close to the ruins. There are 2 pools. The restaurant is for bus trips but there are other places nearby.

Good hotel. The pool area is good. The dining room seams like there is not much going on. Not too many options on the buffet, but I guess most people choose to eat somewhere else. The few items they have on the buffet, they are good, decent. The room service food is also good. Service was overall good except for a not so friendly waiter. The massages at the spa are really good, and considerably cheap, about $25 for 45 minutes. I got back to back days of massages and felt great. We stayed at the suite with a separate living room. Both room and living room were very spacious. We found a large spider running on the floor one night. But I guess being in the jungle you just can't avoid all of the insects. Overall is a good hotel with no amazing finishes or services but does the job if you want to stay very close to the ruins in the middle of the jungle. We saw wild birds flying by. Also, next door is the Bajum restaurant (currently #1 in Palenque on trip advisor). And outside the hotel there is the van stop where you can be taken to the ruins or downtown for 20 pesos ($1).

The grounds were well landscaped with spa and 2 pòols but what my room was moldy and far from usable WIFI service which made it impossible to work in the room. The staff refused to change my room claiming the hotel was solded out.

In the room: No bar fridge. No cutlery for coffee. Only a coffee maker and cups. (What if you want tea?) No sugar or milk provided in less you have the one coffe packet they provide which when you tear open you can find sugar and powdered milk. The wifi is very slow and they only have one sign in for the whole resort. When I asked for tech support as my laptop couldn’t get online they didn’t know how to deal with it and offered no tech support. There are no shuttle services offered or available from the hotel. There is public transport at 20pesos a ride to town or palenque but you need to take a taxi to palenque airport. The food is expensive and ordinary

Close to Palenque, and to the town. Easy in and out. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Good food. In a six week trip around Mexico, one of the very best. Would recommend to anyone.
