Disappointment
Only two out of 17 restaurants were open. Had to go along way to find good food which was why we chose this place for the restaurants. Everyone was complaining about the machines. We were there three days and no winners. Just very disappointing. We won’t go there again

Bed uncomfortable
Everything was so good, the only problem we had was the bed was so uncomfortable and noisy! My husband ended up sleeping on the floor because he could not get comfortable at all. It felt and sounded like an air mattress. I’m hoping not all of the beds are like that because we really did enjoy our stay, just couldn’t sleep.

The staff were friendly and accommodating at check in. She extended our checkout time to noon. The room was clean for the most part. The carpet was old and stained. It looked like it needed to be vacuumed as well. For the price of the room, I felt like it overall should have been nicer. It definitely needs some updating. My husband and I have stayed in a lot of hotel rooms and there was nothing about this room that stood out from cheaper rooms we have been in.

Close to Subtropolis.
CHeck in was easy; room was extremely clean. The area does not have many good restaurants, so for business travel to Subtropolis, it is convenient to have restaurant choices in the Casino. A little odd for business travel, but it works!

Family staycation
The stay was amazing, the staff was nice & the rooms were beautiful. It was my first staycation with my boyfriend & sister & we really had fun. I’m glad it was family friendly with the arcade & movie night.
