Great staff
We had a beautiful stay at the Melia in Luxembourg, the staff we’re unbelievable, the food, the service, it was second to none. Unfortunately, my car was one of two damaged by some hooliganism going on around the hotel on the Saturday due to a loud DJ concert happening outside the restaurant. I honestly cant fault anything to do with the hotel or staff, we left a small token of appreciation to the cleaning staff also, though leaving with the glass ripped out of your car mirror was a bitter taste at the end. Beautiful trip, and thank you to all the staff and for the wonderful service. i just wish it had ended better. thanks again

Everything was perfect, I even got an upgrade because it was my birthday. All very goo regarding the he hotel and the staff...the down side was that I was sick all the time...but the hotel deserve all the credit! Thank you Melia Luxembourg!!!

Parking was expensive and not included. Breakfast was expensive and not included. Your bill will be higher than you expect due to these added costs. The bed was quite hard and the single pillow lumpy. I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels that are more comfortable. The location was good but I would look around for something that is better value next time.

The property was average. Definitely not worth the price and would not recommend. There were a few hairs on the floor and linens. The linens on our bed smelled like pasta noodles. To eat in the restaurant you had to have proof of the booster shot or take an antigen test for 5 euro. This was not on their website the day of travel. The staff was wonderful though. Very friendly and happy to be there even though it was a holiday.

Rock hard bed but after initial feedback they added a mattress topper that made it ok. They added the topper while we were out even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door.
