This was disappointing to say the least. We have not experienced this with a Hampton before. There were many choices of hotels in this area for us for this one night stay. We chose this hotel because there was two beds and a pull out couch. When we took the cushions off the couch there was popcorn underneath. Pulled the bed open and the springs were broken, so nothing to support the mattress. They brought up comforters to lay on the floor to use as a bed instead. Hotel is run down, outdated, dirty, and service just ok. Very disappointed in this stay and won't do a Hampton again because of this. For our inconvenience, they gave us a $10 Starbucks card which basically told us they really could care less about the accomodations and comfort of their guests
