as i am deaf, the receptionist clerk refused to move her mask down in order for me to lipread and i switched to another clerk which she and the manager was helpful to move their masks down a bit for me to be able to lipread. i was a bit frustrated with the first clerk not understanding why we deaf need to lipread . Grab and go was limited. there was no popcorn for us to use in microwave. Patio furnitures are a bit worn out however we enjoyed the pool . more than 3 restaurants right across the parking lot good walking distance

Very nice and clean, didn't know it was literally across the street from SeaWorld and Aquatica. Very reasonable parking and front desk was super nice and helpful.

This was a great stay for my youngest son and I while we visited the parks for the weekend. My only complaint is the issues with the COVID-19, but nothing the hotel could do to change that.

We booked the fairfield but we ended up at the springhill bc it looks like theyre doing work on the fairfield. The springhill is the building that needs renovating. The second you walked into the room it had a horrible odor of urine and mold. We girl at the front desk claimed it was bc the rooms had been shut up. They sent someone up to spray but it did not help. The room smelt ALL WEEK even after we bought air fresheners. Clearly it was not just bc itd been closed up. They are not doing houskeeping until after you check out and guests were piling trash up in the hall. We stayed an entire week and had to go down several times to request towels, shampoo, cups, etc. They are not offering their usual breakfast which is one of the main draws of staying at a Marriott hotel. Their replacement of a granola bar, an apple, and a room temp bottle of water is no kind of comparison to a hot breakfast. The starbucks that would have been in the lobby is closed. There's no complimentary coffee service in the lobby and the cheap stuff in the room is disgusting. They have signs on the pool area that only 15 people are allowed in at a time but there was well over that and there were families that werent even staying at the hotel. The arcade and fitness room was closed. We were also charged $76 for parking. Will not be returning to a Marriott until after this pandemic passes. It's not worth the money without the ammenities especially in an area with so many hotels that DO NOT smell like urine.
