8/10 Very good

Checkin process was quick and easy. My Club room was on the 2nd floor and was clean, tidy and comfy. The temperature in the room was quite warm, mostly due to the sunny summer weather. Although a small fan was in the room this didnt make much difference and unfortunately the window was only about to open about 20mm, meaning there was no chance of any breeze or fresh air entering the room.

Their warm hospitality really made my experience special. I also loved the amenities — everything was well-maintained and added so much comfort to my stay. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was something to look forward to. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so memorable. I genuinely appreciated the care and effort, and I would be happy to return again.
