Better places to stay in Taupo than here
Over priced for what you get. No vent fan in the bathroom made everything steam up. Noisy fan heater made sleeping difficult with a max 4 hour timer in the middle of winter!!!!! So you had to get up and turn in on again in the middle of the night. Only one side table beside the bed and only one chair in the room for two people.

Great value for money
The motel was very accommodating in allowing us to defer our stay due to illness. We have stayed here quite a number of times in the past and will do so again in the future. The decor is quite 'tired', but the rooms are spotlessly clean, beds are comfortable, all amenities work and the breakfasts are wonderfully satisfying for the journey ahead.

The receptionist was nice and helpful but the room bedsheets were not clean. It was itching on body and we could not sleep whole night so had to check out early. Not going to book in future really bad experience.
