Good Hotel apart from behaviour of other guests...
Always a reliable hotel in a convenient area of Invercargill. Good service and comfortable, warm suites. Unfortunately a group of party revelers kept the hotel awake for most of the night with irresponsible and selfish behaviour. The staff of the hotel were notified but there seemed to be no action taken. I may consider the more expensive Langlands hotel for my next visit as they would attract a better clientele.

Pretty basic accommodation but comfortable enough. Disappointed no valet service for car as advertised as parking building a short walk away and it was raining. Restaurant breakfast staff were lovely and very obliging. Having left behind an item of clothing, I phoned the next day and it was to have been posted back to me. Three weeks later and I had to phone again to request the return of same - bit disappointing.

The heater was so noisy it woke us up whenever it turned on. The constant boop noise from the traffic lights could drive you bananas. The restaurant food quality isn't as good as when I stayed there last time.
