We arrived very early and was understandably not able to check in. However, it did not feel like they tried to make an effort to give us the rooms any earlier than 15:00. We informed the staff that we had been travelling for almost 20 hours and was very tired. With 3 kids I was hoping for more friendliness. When we got to our rooms, the room for the kids was not made ready with three beds. I had to remind them 4 times and the house-keeping staff was not very friendly. The bathtub was not working and the sliding door to the bathroom stopped working. This was fixed quite fast. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. Close to many good restaurants, shopping, MRT and BTS. The dinner-restaurant at the hotel was also very good.

The staff went above and beyond for us, especially considering that it was for our honeymoon. Hotel was in a location near nice bars and restos, and not too far from airport and downtown. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful. I had an upgrade and it was kept clean. I would stay here for my next visit and I definitely recommend it. The shuttle that run was really helpful too and it wasn’t too far from places that I wanted to go to and it was quite accessible. My favourite part about the room was the bathroom and my favourite part about the hotel was the little book collection they had.
