Meh... only stay if it's your cheapest option
Was basic and vanilla for midtown. Check-in men were gorgeous but robotic and unwelcoming - would rather have an iPad check in TBH. The rooftop bar was an embarrassing "imsta-trap" of old fake flowers and dirty pillows. rooms were fine and hotel was very W Hotel of the early 00s. Very close to broadway which was nice. Service was abysmal though. the rikey was the nicest on property F&b. Breakfast was garbage - do not pass go for $35 of food that is barely edible.. and yes I have to say it to be not relegated to the "doesn't know good food" I live 50/50 in LA/London so I do know good food/service and know to pre-empt hotels trying to dampen valid reviews. Would never stay here again but didn't feel like I would die whist here.

Went to check in at 4pm and even thought the check in time is 11- 12am they made me wait for more than an hour, they told my room wasn’t ready that it should be like 10 minutes for it to be ready but no one come to me to notice me so I had to ask after one hour if my room was ready(5:30) pm.
