AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
This ranks among the very worst values for my money EVER. First, the good: The front desk clerk was nice and the location was convenient. Plus there is a good, albeit way overpriced sushi restaurant on the property (although that contributes to the parking problem for the rest of us). Second, the bad: NO AIR CONDITIONING. Even with the provided fans, it was like a sauna in the room and it was early May. I can't even imagine how bad it will be in the middle of summer. Also, since there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, the side and bathroom windows are jalousies, which allows the outside sound to enter the room. And it was EXTREMELY NOISY, like a party destination. It kept going after "quiet hours" of 10 pm to 8 am and started as early as SIX IN THE FREAKING MORNING with people yelling and making a lot of noise. Then, there were live roaches in the kitchen, the toilet clogged twice during normal usage and the front desk clerk was gone at 5 pm during the week. One night I had to circle the parking lot for over 15 minutes trying to find a parking spot because the restaurant was full and their patrons were parking everywhere, even though it is posted no to do that. Finally, there was a NINETY DOLLAR "RESORT FEE" added on to the quoted price. You can't rent the room without paying the resort fee (for almost literally nothing addition received), so it is very misleading to quote a rate that isn't the complete charge. THIS WAS A MAJOR LEAGUE RIPOFF. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Please READ BEFORE BOOKING!!!
This place is horrible on so many levels especially the management. Please read the details before booking. 1. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING, so it is hot during the day and you have to have your windows open at night or you can’t sleep. This is exacerbated by number 2. 2. IT IS EXTREMELY NOISY, you have to have your windows open or its too hot. But there is lots of road noise and people talking outside. Also, the upstairs people flushing the toilet is very noisy, louder than flushing the toilet in the bathroom in our room. Workers talked outside our open window at 7am twice. One morning they were running noisy equipment right outside our window at 7am. 3. NO ONE ON THE LOCATION WILL HELP YOU, Front desk staff tells you there is nothing they can do about any changes or modifications to your reservation, you have to contact their office in Las Vegas that never answers their phone. We checked out a day early because it was so bad, (2 couples in two rooms, we both could not sleep), and the front desk said they did not know whether or not we would get a refund. The front desk hours are very limited. 4. This is run by a time share company and they try to sell you on the time share, time share ethics (there are none) are how this operation operates. Just know this going in. 5. VERY OUTDATED OLD 70’s feel. Even though we checked out at 8am we did not get a refund. You have been warned.

Clean, well-taken care of and a good location
Loved this place! I was actually surprised by how clean it was. And the condition of the suite was very good. Loved the kitchen with granite countertops, nice cupboards, newer full-sized appliances and the right amount of dishes. Very comfortable and just a walk right across the street to the ocean. I'd stay here again!
