    The place is exceptionally clean people are very cautious of the COVID-19 property was great but cheap tickets did not tell me that the pool was closed and nearly all amenities were closed down due to the COVID-19 I asked for possible discount because of this but they advised me that wasn’t an option. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

    This was a one night stay because we had an early flight out in the morning so we picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. We did not expect it to be so nice for the price. They even had a shuttle to take us to eat and go the the airport. The room was very nice. The outside looked like they were putting new stucco but that did not affect the stay as the inside was very nice. What we found to be really nice was that we checked out early because we had a 6am flight but we missed the flight and had to take a 3pm flight. We called the hotel and they had the shuttle pick us up at the airport and they let us have the key back and let us stay in the room we had just ckecked out of earlier and then took us back to the airport. Now that is service. Thank you staff.

    Met all expectations

    Met my expectations for a Crowne Plaza property. Service was efficient, the room was well kept and the bed comfortable. Breakfast fare was very good. Lastly, the closeness to the airport made it the right place to stay.

    Underwhelmed

    Having stayed in the airport hotel strip several times i tried the Crown as several colleagues recommended it. My stay was frustrating mix of very good and not so good. Not so good Sent to a dirty, occupied room to start. Hotel was under renovation with styrofoam snow everywhere outside and lots of noise during the day. (Don't think they changed the rate) Although hotels.com said breakfast was included the hotel refused to honor that. Room service did not replace bottled water and didn't clean room until very late in the day while i was on the room Noisy neighbors late into the night Good Food quality Bed comfort Bar Daniel, bartender and helper for breakfast Location
