I waited a few days to review this, but in the end when Expedia nor the hotel did anything it’s time to talk. I booked 4 rooms for a vacation with parents, 2 siblings, and kids, parents tested positive to Covid upon arrival and I proved the tests to hotel and Expedia from a verified lab , we occupied only 2 rooms and ended up with one! Due to no connected rooms available connected or on the safe floor. however no one cared and I was charged over 2400 euros for 2 rooms out of 4 due to no show! Tried my best and receptionist Antonella promised to try her best with no promises and Expedia still said apologies hotel refused any kind of refund! As a family we took safety in this fake 5 star hotel and kept parents away for public safety and hotel and Expedia could care less!!
First night I asked for insect repellent cause I had a bee and insects on every corner in the suite, plus room service after 10-11pm is only hand made dry meats and cheese! A 5 star should be 24/7 room service! Horrible experience, horrible hotel and management. Besides staff/employees being super nice and should work in a true 5 star hotel, this property shouldn’t even be a four star one!
friendliest staff in a horrible hotel management and staff. I hope my word goes out to everyone. I hope hotel updates room, property, and location before posting photos, and I hope Expedia review more and more situations. After this summer I’m done with this website. Blaming on others is such an easy thing.
