We paid extra at hotels.com for this hotel because of the hot breakfast. Not only did they let us know at checkin that it was only grab and go, come the morning there was no delivery or something - so no breakfast. No attempt to make it right. Incredibly disappointing. The light bulb burned out by the door so we walked into the room with no lights. Wouldn’t maid service have noted that before we got there? As an aside, the layout of the room was different than pictured online so when I worked at the desk, no one could get to the bathroom from the beds.

Main lobby is closed, therefore we could not use the elevator and had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The stairways are dirty. There is a sign stating absolutely no smoking. Yet when we arrived on the 3rd floor, we were punched in the face with the smell of cigarette smoke and urine. Room was large, but looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Pay a little more and stay at some other hotel nearby if you absolutely have to stay in this area.

The entire floor smelled of pot! The window seal was broken letting in bugs and air. The doors frames where rusty! It looked like the room had not been cleaned since there was trash on the bathroom floor and dirty linen on a lamp! For something Wyndham puts their name in and AAA approves this location, I would have to question if they check these places anytime in the last year! This hotel should be removed from Hotels.com it was that bad!

Walked into the hallway and all you could smell was weed!! In a non smoking floor! Blood stains on the bathroom wall and smoke detector was pulled apart.

Service was horrible. I got there early hoping to maybe get in sooner although was declined told to come back at three; which was ok I expected that. Although got back at 3 to be holding at the door for them for another 30 mins to be told to hold another 15 because the room wasn’t ready. Finally get into my room and I had no towels. We were told by the house cleaners she will be back on 20 minutes because they had to wash them. The rest of the night never heard back from them. Next morning we call to get towels and the receptionist then tells us again wait another 20 minutes they needed to wash some more. After she stated that she then hangs up on me. We finally go up there to ask they had a few towels available but gave the worst attitude regarding this issue. I wasn’t happy at all the issues along with how they handled it all. Not good service!!

My experience was not a good one. At all! The customer service was not good, the elevator was not working properly, the hotel smells like cigarettes, and the room was terrible! I immediately checked out! I cannot believe that anyone in their right mind would want to stay at a place like that! The pictures are VERY misleading.

Hotel had lobby closed so no breakfast or coffee downstairs. Had to use side entrance because lobby was closed at all times. Hallways have a strong smoke smell, not inside bedroom though. Plastic upholstery from headboards was peeling, very noticeable. We found hairs on the clean sheets. Hot nice shower.
