Was out of coffee in the lobby both mornings I came down. Asked to have my room cleaned went out for two hours so It could be cleaned and got back and no-one have ever cleaned the room.

The beds are worn out. The bathtub had black around the caulking, the fixtures were worn out. It did not feel clean. The staff was friendly.

Just an off couple of days
It was a bad, terrible, horrible, awful couple of days for the Courtyard in Wichita Falls. Cold shower, water shut off, no pool, no hot tub, awful food, (go to Texas Road House!), minimal happy hour. Just one coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. Water, "condensation," dripping rapidly down on the restaurant area. None of this was the fault of the lovely staff, & I grant you that these are all well within the realm of "rich white people's problems," still. If you NEED a pool, call ahead. Be nice. These are wonderful people doing their best in a very nice facility. LOVED the pillows!
