Stayed in a recently renovated apartment on the 21st floor. Beds were super comfortable, the view was great and the apartment perfect for our family with three, active tween boys. Apartment is really well located to restaurants and shops, close to the beach and supermarket. There is a tram that runs straight to Surfers. Loved our stay, would stay again!

Unfortunately there is a significant construction site right next door (Neicon Plaza) and the noise every day except Sunday was unbearable - and it started close to 6am each day including Saturday! I don't think the rooms facing the construction site should be charged at the rate that they were, with a loading for the Broadbeach Blues festival. We could not sit on the balcony, it was too noisy. Other than that, it was a sensational location. There were no tissues either, which is a minor thing I know, but just a small touch which would not go astray.
