Well priced comfortable accommodation. Nothing flash but clean and convenient.
Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Great service at reception.
Front desk was slow to check-in, and manager was less than professional. Had to park a block away due to lack of space. Room and furnishings are OLD and Tattered. Windows were not able to close completely, and vents etc not cleaned. Overall, a poor experience and felt like we could not even walk barefoot in the place.
very nice place and receptionist are very kind and helpful
Great location and pleasant stay - recommend for location and cheap centre centre accom
We were give a ground floor room next to a noisy staff room and very old furniture. Had to request for a room on a different floor , we got given a different floor room which was much better from our second night stay from three night stay. What a waste of money on our first night stay. Seem like the hotel was overbooked.
Convenient and well priced
We had a lovely stay. The apartment was clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable with good views (18th floor)overlooking. Grafton bridge the Auckland museum in the distance. The car park is a bit tight if you have a big SUV. The reception staff were friendly and easy to deal with.
Was a good time. The channels on the vision of Tele did not match the booklet and the service of the television for channel 3 sucked, it ruined the experience of watching back to the future. This could be a good thing telling one to leave the room and go out and experience Auckland. The place was great and the people at the front desk were genuinely happy to be there working which in itself was a great change.
Was great. Stayed here before. Had a minor issue with a roll out bed, this was rectified the next day, our charge for that refunded and complimentary breakfast for 5 as well! Didn’t expect that, it was fantastic service and compensation. Will always stay here from now on. Quiet, clean and well located.
