We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Checkin was fast and they provide a pair of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. The service of the staff were amazing from reception, concierge, restaurants, pool, phone operator, driver, and house keeping. We had a nice view from our room looking out to the pool area and golf course and they have the best hotel hair dryer compared to other hotels that I have stayed at. Awesome hotel!

Horrendous. Disaster at check-in which took more than 1 hour. The corridor to the rooms smelt so bad. Breakfast was chaos, 50 people with no social distancing waiting 40 minutes just to get some less than average standard food. The kids swimming pool was really dirty. Overall a really poor experience.

Safe and clean
The hotel was very clean, and staff followed Covid protocols. Unfortunately they didn't make all guests wear masks, as required by law in Adu Dhabi. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.
