The hotel was great well located for the parks very clean and fresh. The pool bar had a dirty drinks machine that had wasps swarming it one day but was cleaned. On our floor the water dispenser was cleaned regularly and also made dirty by guests regularly. Staff were amazing can't complain about anything we had a great stay. Epic Universe was very special.

O quarto possui um sistema de refrigeração barulhento. O restante é mediocre e nada surpreende. O atendimento no Terra Luna é tão comum quanto no Ibis. Não há clima mágico, o colaborador que mede o ph da agua da piscina não tem nenhuma dificuldade em esconder que não gosta de estar lá. Se eu tivesse outra oportunidade de escolher esse hotel seria apenas no caso de uma diária muito abaixo dos hoteis mais econômicos da Disney. Na realidade o hotel econômico da Disney para meu filho pequeno é muito melhor e em poucos momentos dentro do terra luna ele ja havia me expressado com a sinceridade de uma criança o descontentamento de estar lá me perguntando muitas vezes se não poderia voltar para o hotel do Mickey…

Clean, minimalist decor but super convenient and the front desk employees were SO nice! Only issue I saw was parking was extra and not discounted as noted at check in. Waiting to see if that gets corrected before calling. Really nice pool too!

It was very good. The food was excellent in the restaurant which is good because there is nothing else around. My biggest issue was some niceties like body lotion, body wash (just little soap bars) were not included and not even offered. What hotel doesn’t provide body lotion??? In the least they could sell the body lotion for cheap in their gift shop.
