Really great hotel.
This is a really nice hotel. We stayed for 7 nights and are coming back for sure. Great friendly and service minded staff. Small, but practical rooms. Very quiet. Nice location in a quiet and central area. We can really recommend it.

Excellent Stay Would Recommend
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned very well everyday. They provide you with anything you missed when packing i.e. toothbrushes, combs, shavers etc. and they have a fully stocked fridge with water. The breakfast was also a plus with a wide range of options. Overall, it was an excellent stay. The staff especially made it a wonderful stay with their willingness to help with any problems or concerns and always greeting us with a friendly smile.

Cultural Enrichment
They had two cultural enrichment programs over the weekend, one with 3 sumo wrestlers and a ceremony breaking a sake barrel open and rice cake pounding. The second was learning how to make origami cranes. Very helpful staff and good breakfast too.

Room size was little small than expected. Breakfast time of 7.00 send to be late. Recommend 6.30 morning as most of tours starts early. We did not had enough time and some times we missed breakfast even though we paid it.

Great for sightseeing.
Good location, nice neighbourhood. Breakfast had a good selection of veggies, with both Japanese and western options. Coin operated laundry machines were a plus. The only minus is the room is carpeted, not great for people with allergies.

Great for First Time Visitors
Fantastic location. It’s a short walk to the metro, but convenient access to 4 different metro lines. We were able to go everywhere we wanted within 20 mins or less. Review the hotel’s website for directions on which exit to take from the metro. Very clean rooms, although small space. We had the quad room and ended up tucking our suitcases under the desk. The beds were a bit firm for my taste, but I always slept soundly after an eventful day of touring Tokyo. Service was good. On the days where we opted no service, they left a bag of fresh towels, new slippers and yukatas. Breakfast area was clean and spacious with a good spread of food. It would be better to vary the food every few days- the same menu daily can get old for longer stays. We also appreciate the availability of water bottles. The vending machines in Tokyo are everywhere but contained mainly sodas, teas, and coffees. This was a great choice for us, and I’d recommend this hotel especially for first timers visiting Tokyo.

A little too far from station
It was okay. There’s not a lot of restaurants or things to do around. A little far to walk from the station if you have a big luggage because there’s no elevator to get up or down the station

Will stay here again
This hotel is perfect if you want a simple hotel in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It has the basic amenities, it is close to a train station on the Ginza Line (Ayoma-itchome) and there is a 7-11 right around the corner from the hotel. It is also just a short walk to Midtown where there is a shopping center with a grocery story and other places to eat, even a Starbucks. The breakfast buffet was excellent and allowed us to save money on one meal a day. While the rooms are small, they have everything you need. It was my son and me traveling and we booked the room for 4 that had the two beds and the sofa sleeper. We kept our luggage on the sofa so it was out of our way. There is also a a wash machine and dryer on the 3rd and 5th floor which we used. About 400 yen total for a load of laundry. They have soap for 40 yen and it was fine, but you might pack some tide pods if you're picky. We were on the 6th floor and it was very quiet for the duration of our stay.

Good value
Excellent service. Staffs are fluent in English and always helpful. Free breakfast and coin laundry with a minimal charge do make our trip with young kids easier. Convenient location although there is no big shopping malls nearby. Will stay there again.
