Excellent service, clean comfortable room and very easy check in. No one available to help with the luggage and skip the breakfast...not very good

Good
We do understand that Covid19 has changed things but their "new normal" wasn't acceptable. They removed the pillows and left us with 2 cushions. They couldn't go to clean our room unless we stayed there for more than 3 days so we needed to left trash and wet towels either inside the room or outside on the hall. We needed to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

Very good
It was great that it was mostly local residents from other parts of Mexico. Great place to practice your Spanish. Close to mainstream hotels local restaurants and clubs outside of hotel. Also I had a great view of the sculpture dedicated to Mayan Culture and Confederation.

Service was really good, the location of this property is excellent, near Paseo Montejo and the downtown area, safe, nice breakfast if you don't feel like going out to look for places to eat, recommended if you need to go to the consulate, 5 minutes walking distance
