Views are amazing! The location is the best, close to everything and all the action. The staff is great and very welcoming. Clean room. Welcome gift. As long as you are in the second building and beyond, no noise from the street. The pools are wonderful and amazing views there as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular and the location was excellent! Our room was modern and clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A couple things to note (as to why I’m not giving 5 stars); the pre-trip communication wasn’t the best, as I tried on numerous occasions to contact the hotel with questions regarding transfers. Also on one of the days, we were enjoying the infinity pool, but a multi-generational family arrived and at least 20 kids were very noisy and disruptive in the pool. They completely took over so we had to leave the pool area as it was unbearable. It ruined what was to be a relaxing pool day.
