Hey I have a problem my family and I went to stay and the room was in no condition for people to stay there dirty shower , floor old food and cans of beer underneath the bed. They gave me a refund and then they cancel it and still charged me the night. How can I get my money back?

Not recommended!
We only stayed one of the two nights that we had booked. Because when we came, the room smells like cigarettes, there were cigarette burns in the couch, which was lopsided. The roof in the bathroom was caved in because of water damage. There was hair in the sink, the TV did not turn off The Jacuzzi tub which was supposed to be included in the room was non-functional. And did not have hot water. The toilet also didn’t flush unless you hold down the flusher, and the soaps we were given were dirty.

Bad Hotel with no Heating
This is a chop shop joint where the family that runs it is only focused on collecting money from you. They gave me a room that was beat and had no heat. When I complained they gave me another room where the heater was not working too well. So they gave me a separate heater. Btw, the window is missing in the bathroom permanently. You can see the missing window from out side for all the rooms they have. Never coming back here.
