The location, price, breakfast was good. However, the problem was roaches on cups when I went to get coffee. Then it crawling on the syrup bottle and was in the room. My client was handicap and laundry was the third floor and the elevator was on ly used for other guest who may be on upper floor but they had elevator listed as emergency exit only. Which I couldn't leave my client that far where I couldn't hear or see them. The staff was really nice she even went got ice do I would have to leave my clients.

Newly renovated rooms, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Offers hot breakfast but very limited options specially for kids. Reception is not very friendly, always on the phone and does multiple jobs at the same time so need to wait until she's back at her desk. The venue is behind an event center and it's very loud at night. We only stayed for a night to sleep after 24 hours long drive and it was loud. Fell asleep while the party is still going on.

Room was clean and functional. It appears that an attempt at remodeling had been made recently, but the fit and finish of things was terrible. The fire alarm went off at 9:30 PM. We along with the other guests evacuated, and went back in when the firefighters waved us back in. We assumed it was a false alarm but nobody from the hotel told us what actually happened. Do not bother with the breakfast. It is poor quality - they even managed to screw up cereal. The milk they had set out was spoiled and the cereal was stale.

Interior is modern and has a cool vibe. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable, shower is newly renovated and modern. The one thing that I suggest they improve is to make the sausage gravy on the breakfast bar hotter. It was barely luke warm. 😖 Other than that, the place is nice, and a great value! I'd definitely stay here again.
