Very nice XL room. Will stay again. Bathtub shower is a bit dangerous - water everywhere and slippery tub and marble floor. But elegant bathroom (rm 217). Missing bottle opener for the fully packed bar - nice touch! Very comfortable bed! Loved my stay.

Unbearable warm rooms in hot summer and the fans provided was not enough. Very kind staff that tried to help as much as possible in the heat. Old building that could need an upgrade with air conditioning. Very soft bed that was hard to sleep in. We were there 3 years ago and the breakfast was not as good as before.

The rooms were very clean and had everything you need in them. We dined in the restaurant and the service and food was also very good. Breakfast daily was lovely. Its in a good location for walking out and there are loads of restaurants, shops and bars in the area.

Beware. I booked a king city view room only to be lumped in a King room which faced the dirty internal stairway with no light. The hotel staff were very rude saying that this is the room advertised - it was clearly not. The only other city view room they had was a small. We were moved into this room with no offer of a partial refund. Thankfully, after speaking with Expedia, they agreed it was false advertising and refunded our booking.
