Quick Trip
Overall stay was ok, service was great. The young lady running the from, Saturday July 30th between 11:30 and 6:00 was excellent and gave me great information on some sights. Room was ok other than kids running around in third floor room above us. Also bathroom door would not close due to shifting or humidity possibly. Other than that overall experience was cool. Locale was around a lot of places so near gas stations, Walmart and fast food if needed. Not too far from downtown.

Very disappointed
We got there and the pool had about 40 people in the pool area. When we pulled and parked, two other cars pulled up and about five people came out of each one and went in the door from outside into the pool, which was just wide open. They were drinking and had music up and had the whole area just taken over. It was very uncomfortable. We had chosen this hotel because it had an indoor pool for our kids to swim. When I walked in to speak to the front desk it took 15 minutes for the front desk person to come to the front. I had to call the main number whoops guess called the office. When I addressed the ye front desk lady,Marian, about the pool, she just said oh and when I asked if they were all guest she said well all someone has to have is a key for somebody to get in. I said so they don’t have to be an actual guest??? She didn’t answer. she was unwilling to go check on them or to tell them to turn the music off. I was very disappointed. We ended up just going home with our two kids at night.

The hotel is situated outside Dallas but very easy to go in town. Around the hotel are many dinning and shopping options and also gas stations. The hotel is clean, has a nice pool and hot tub and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is OK. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 nights there.
