Not a comfortable stay.
Extremely different than in photos. Very poor upkeep and condition of room. Sheets were not washed but just turned around, housekeeping hoping we wouldn't notice? Room was not comfortable. Service was middling. We might have gotten bed bug bites from this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I have stayed in Accor hotels all over the world and this one is by far the worst. The room smelled really bad, the duvet had stains on it, the space was very cramped, no natural light. Don't be fooled by the photo they provide, the rooms look nothing like this. Probably the most depressing place I have ever stayed, it was more like a bedsit than a hotel. They also left 2 large laundry bags by the lift the whole time we were there - nice fire hazard.

Basic hotel in the heart of downtown.
This is a very basic hotel but the location is great for those who want to walk around downtown. There was room for only one chair in our room but the lobby had several tables we used to eat out take-a-way meals. There was a toaster and microwave in the lobby. The staff were friendly and stored our luggage behind the desk until our room was ready. The hotel is on a steep hill. Take that into consideration if you have difficulty walking or a lot of luggage.
