I loved everything about the hotel to the location, staff and cleanness but the shower was so small that if you didnt want to wet your hair, that was not an option. When you turned the water on it came out the door.

I've stayed here multiple times over a number of years. Very quiet and convenient location. Close to dining options and transport. Staff and friendly and helpful. Some things definitely aren't as good as they used to be. Price of the accommodation has gone up, but the level of comfort / services provided have gone down. Previously you could check in at the property now you check in at another Majestic property around the corner. Still no WiFi. I'm sure staff are sick of being asked about it. Even with a pandemic on it shouldn't take this long to get the replacement hardware to fix the issue. It seems management just doesn't think this is a priority. All in all I will stay there again, but want to note there could be improvements made.

Wasn't the best stay that I have had at the Minima. Wifi was down, TV wasn't working and the power went off in the morning. Pretty disappointing considering the cost for a basic room.

The dryer was not effective. We had to keep turning on every 10 minutes as it would stop. A microwave would have been awesome, as would a coffee pod machine. Mattress and one pillow per person uncomfortable
