I want to mention That the person in charge of my floor was amazing and beyond. Rosario was also a wonderful person that always tried to help us. My kids loved the hotel. Lucy the manager was an amazing manager trying to help us always. Some staff doesn’t even smile. I was so surprised but it was good at the end of the road.

The hotel looks better in pictures than in person. Even though is a newer property there are many details that make it look outdated.Some furniture is old and dirty and windows are not properly cleaned. Also the towels provided are really old and stained. I was happy about the cleaned performed in my room though and the staff was friendly.
