Disgusting
Had 4 people staying - king size bed and pull out sofa (2 kids). Would obviously need all sleeping arrangements. When we got back to hotel for bed, pull out sofa bed and it is disgusting. There is popcorn all over the bed, something black (possibly pepper), and stains everywhere. I call the front desk to let them know and to mark it down so I can discuss with them the next day as it is late and my kids need to go to bed. We clean it ourselves - and reassemble as the bottom portion is not even attached to hold the mattress. Manager not on duty until after 3pm the next day. At 1pm the next day we return to change clothes, the elevator smells like vomit. Of course my key for the room isn’t working so I get to enjoy the vomit smell a couple more times. The staff has no problem telling me that they must not have programmed the key to continue to work for a 2nd night stay. I wait in line as the employee is struggling to check another guest in. It seems they have no clue what they are doing but blame it on the guest trying to check in before 3pm. I get my key reset. Later that night I talk with the manager from the prior night, I get an apology for the bed being disgusting but not much else. The person that cleaned our room is new of course so they will follow up with them. I got $15 off - wow! I will make sure to use it on another hotel option in Greensboro or Burlington as this place is disgusting.
