Choosing ITC Gardenia as ‘staycation’ for 2 nights is a decision that we will cherish forever. The stay was during September of 2020 when the COVID-19 lockdown was relaxed. It was very reassuring and pleasing to see the level of hospitality and facilities provided that assured safety of the guests and the hotel staff alike. The check-in and checkout experience was hassle free and the detailed inclusions/exclusions of our stay package was explained with patience, thanks to ‘Leishiton’ and ‘Rosch’ (check-out) and team. Our immaculately made room with a large private balcony was waiting for us in the 15th floor of the tower. Our room was upgraded to have an iPad which could control everything in the room from the lights to the big screen. The bed was a king-sized one with a mattress with perfect density. There were also a myriad of choices of pillows (even for the bathtub) from which we could select from by calling the housekeeping! The bathroom was very spacious with shower cubicle, bathtub. Though a few amenities were missing which we got from the housekeeping after a call. The stay package included complimentary evening drinks at the lounge ‘Upper Crust’. Our evening were made fabulous and memorable by the bartender, our server Imran and Adit, the lounge manager. They were attentive and seem to always know what we wanted. All in all, the experience in ITC Gardenia was simply amazing and upto the mark of the ITC brand-name. Special kudos to all the staffs!

RIGHT FROM THE FIRST DAY, WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM 1. LOCKER DID NOT WORK - THEY HAVE TO REPLACE. 2. TOILET WAS NOT FLUSHING - THEY HAVE TO FIX THEM TWICE WITH NEW PARTS 3. THEY MOVED US TO DIFFERENT ROOM AS IF IT WAS A FAVOR 4. THEY WERE MOPPING FLOOR WITH WATER & NO CAUTION SIGNS TO BE SEEN, MY FELLOW ROOM MATE SLIPPED & FELL AT THE LOBBY HALL WAY.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff
Priyanka and her staff warmly greet you and take care of all your needs. Very friendly and helpful. The room has been updated and has lovely amenities. The food was very good at the restaurants as well. The service in the restaurants was consistently a bit on the slow side so don't be in a rush.
