Poor
Terrible experience with family
Terrible experience 1. I booked 4 room with twin bed and they provided with king not even connecting. I had to wait an hour for them to sort it but nothing happened. 2. The room I stayed in smelling like somebody urinated in the room. 3. The dinner was terrible. Because we are a group of more than 10 with the kids, I went to the restaurant to order the food in advance and asked the to reserve two specific table. Then after about 30 minutes someone calls and say the food is almost done, so me and my family all went there and waited an additional hour for the food to arrive. The food arrived burned from the outside and undercooked from inside. I have complained to the manager regarding the food and asked to be compensated for free breakfast at least for the horrible experience we all had but they decided to provide discount only. The place seems to be managed portly and unqualified staff are being hired. In the dinner, they couldn’t even put water and bread in the table for more than half an hour after I ask.

Hotel middle of no where
Clean hotel with friendly supportive staff, one flaw is that it is out of city.. In case you want to enjoy calm, quiet nature.. No city noise. Prefer it.

The hotel is small, which i like It has a warm, private feeling The manager on call was super friendly and helpful Food was at times better than others Loved the pool overlooking the desert Highly recommended

Lovely hotel for a desert escape
The pool and outside area is lovely, as is the terrace where you can choose to receive all of your meals instead of sitting inside the restaurant or your room. However the rooms for my friends and I were freezing at night, even in October, with the AC off. My friends got extra blankets so that was nice. There were some minor service issues and the food was good but not great. Overall, a lovely stay for one night but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay due to limited dining options and activities.

Good
Vey disappointing
Hotel looks very old. Staff was trying to do their best but service needs to be improved in order to deserve the 4* designation. We arrived early, we were informed we’d get the key by 3:00pm. At 5:00pm we still didn’t have the keys. We had to go and ask for them. They LOST our bags. They had to check the cameras to find out - after one hour - that it was delivered to another room. Bathrooms smell like sewage, maybe because the pipe system is old? We spent two nights and the smell was persistent, that was also in the pool area bathroom. Breakfast could be of better quality and variety, considering the price charged. We had very high expectations based on what we read and on friend’s feedback but it turned out to be very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Poor
Not advisable to visit due to Corona restrictions
We have visited the hotel during August 2020, however due to covide restrictions they downsized the staff too much so only one receptionist and you have to take care of your luggage, masks you should wear all time unless u r eating or in the pool, there was no dinner buffet first night because of no enough people
