This place is definitely not a 4 star location. Conference room had stacks of mouldy bread, rubbish skips were visible and overloaded. Noisy over night, couldnt wait to leave

Be aware — no AC. Only one person at reception. Very nice lady but she disappears and there is no way to contact her. Twice we waited 15 minutes for her to return to the desk — including when we needed to check in.

Pros: kind receptionist Cons: booked a suite and it was 1/10 overall. Sheets and top blanket were dirty, spots of blood all over them, carpet was filthy and had an iron burn, the smell of the room was not great. There was no aircon only a dirty dusty fan. We asked to switch rooms and was moved to the “penthouse” - this room was tidier, everything from light switches to looks were old or rusty, there were old smoke butts on the balcony, looks like the cleaners don’t do a good job, first night a cockroach was in the bed. People in another room were blasting their music from 9pm to 5am the next morning!!! There are no curtains for the sky roof, so during summer it’s BRIGHT from 5am. Only positive was the aircon. We got this room based on how many stars, but realised this was from VERY old reviews. Would not recommend.
