It has a kitchen, but it can be expensive. They charge extra if you want aircon in the living room. The TV is located in the bedroom instea d of the living room. The shower drainage is very poor. When you take a shower you get a pool of water on your feet.

Great value! Building a little old but not bad!
Great value for the location, being so close to MOA! Building is a bit older though, so you need to expect that things aren't that modern. The wifi was a bit slow and disconnected sometimes, but I didn't need it that much anyway.
