Overall stay was disappointing. Shower pressure was TERRIBLE! The toilet was another nightmare! Had to flush it several times. Reached out to front desk to have it looked at, didnt see a difference.

Bad Experience at Marriot NYC
Hotel was not clean at all. The sink was leaking and the flush is not working. AC is not working at all. We called the customer service and they told us that they will give us a fan. Staying in a 5star hotel and sleeping with a fan. We had a stay for 4 people and we asked for 4 towels, they refused to give us.

i have stayed at numerous Courtyard Hotels in the past. i was disappointed with this one. it was not well maintained. the room looked dark and dirty. Sheets were clean but furniture was not kept up. There were scuff marks on the edges of the tables, the bathroom looked dingy. The staff was really very friendly and helpful. They always spoke with a smile on their face and answered with a ma'am or sir at all times. very respectful.

This location is near Times Square without feeling like you’re in the frenzy of Times Square. We loved the proximity to Bryant Park, theaters, and various metro stations. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was amazing! They were responsive, helpful, and kind. We loved our stay!
